Requirements:
Successful completion of degree in Engineering with good GPA (computer science, telecommunications, electronics) and/or Masters in directed study (Math or physics)
Expertise in object oriented programming
Expertise in database programming
Expertise in Windows programming
Basic understanding of programming in C
Comfortable understanding and speaking English

Desired:
Thorough knowledge of DELPHI programming language
Experience with Multi-thread programming
Ability to quickly assimilate knowledge of API of many platforms
Basic knowledge of NetWare network infrastructure
Web programming skills
Understanding of Network Protocols
