Dla Naszego Klienta poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko IT manager do pracy w Krakowie.

Mission:

To ensure seamless functioning of the Site Information systems and adequate users support. To propose ideas and actions ( organization, processes, training, systems ) to the site in order to improve the site’s performance.

To implement IS projects according to Site, branch and Group requirements and follow site Branch and Group policies. Manage IS internal and external resources and the corresponding cost ( budget and execution ).

Job summary:
- Supervise the IT Department and its suppliers
- Insure smooth functioning of all site systems and data security (ERP, mail, servers, office software)
- Monitor and implement new site, branch and group policies and projects once agreed with FC.
- Inform management of new development in IT technology and new possibilities including cost saving.
- Implement EDI whenever required.
- Participation in the direction committee of the site as per request.
- Monitor ERP implementation and/ or upgrade.
- Prepare IT budget semi-annually and monitor spending versus budget.
- Insure that IS systems are efficiently used and that data are accurate.
- Report hierarchically to the Site FC and functionally to the Branch IS director.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge and daily practice of information and office technologies.
- Knowledge of telecom.
- Experience of ERP parameterization and management of LANs and WANs.
- SAP implementation experience.
- English, Polish required.
- Management as well as interpersonal skills.
- Industrial site experience.
