Prof. Yves DEMAZEAU o systemach agentowych

W najbliższych dniach (14.12.2005 - 21.12.2005) będzie przebywał w Krakowie prof. Yves Demazeau z Laboratorium Leibniz (CNRS) w Grenoble. Wygłosi on dwa seminaria poświęcone systemom agentowym, których streszczenia prezentujemy poniżej. Seminaria odbędą się 19 i 20 grudnia o 11:00, w sali 429/C2 na terenie Akademi Górniczo-Hutniczej.

Pierwsza prelekcja (19 grudnia 2005 - poniedziałek) poświęcona jest tematowi “MAS Featuring Emergence and Evaluation”.

The presentation will discuss some state of the art in Multi-Agent Systems from the Emergence and Evaluation perspective. We will remind a rapid state of the art in MAS along the VOWELS perspective. The presentation will include a presentation of the MAS characteristics, along which MAS can be evaluated. We will then discuss classification of emergence phenomenon. We will present and discuss some related applications, including a first one in modular robotics and a second one in artistic creation.

Tematem drugiej prelekcji (20 grudnia 2005 - wtorek) jest “MAS Featuring Trust and User Centring”

The presentation will explore some state of the art in Multi-Agent Systems from the Trust and User-Centring perspective. We will deliver some prospective about future world and related MAS. We will discuss the position of the User in such systems and the consequences at the design level. We will then stress the trust dimension along its most cognitive aspects. We will present and discuss some related applications, including a first one in time management and a second one in children playware.
