„Real World Applications of Operations Research to Optimal Improvement and Management of Infrastructure Networks”

Prof. Kamal Golabi
President & Chief Scientist of Optima Inc., Emeryville, California

The presentation will cover models and solution techniques addressing optimal repair/replacement policies and management of infrastructure networks. Professor Golabi will describe the real world dynamic decision problems, and present models and solution methods for solving them. The focus will be on two Edelman Award winning dynamic systems addressing road and bridge networks.
